My 20th Birthday
For our birthdays, Erick and I try to do things and not just get them. We want to collect moments, not things. So for my birthday this year he got us both a present, really, since neither of us has done something like this before!
We went on the Spirit of Philadelphia Lunch Cruise!
Here are some pics from the amazing day we had together 🙂
Romper – Forever 21 for like $17

The Experience Itself
The whole day was fun, not to mention the anticipation building up was exciting, too. We got Dunkin first (of course) and before we took the train to Penn’s Landing. The weather was nice so we walked all the way to the boat after getting off the train, and we were lowkey sweating by the time we got there haha.
We were able to get on the boat like right away and we could explore by ourselves! Okay first off the boat itself is so cute. The inside, the decks, all of it! Plus having it virtually to ourselves since we got there early was a bonus. We just took pics and videos and goofed off before we rushed to get our food because FOOD.
The food was delicious.
We were there for the lunch serving, so the food might be different if you go at night! But honestly I’d bet it’s just as good if not better since the night sails are more popular.
Honestly it was just exciting to experience something new for my first day as a 20-year-old and I’m so happy Erick (kinda) surprised me with it. He’s the best. 🙂
I even made a little vlog of the whole day! I just wanted to have something to look back on one day, plus Erick and I are in love with cameras so filming made the day even more fulfilling for us!
Here’s the vid:
Sorry it’s a month late – between Paris, seeing friends that just came home from school, and life in general I’ve been SLACKING but let this be the kick in the butt I needed to get me back on my grind.
Thank you for sticking with me!
