Lift some weights, go for a run, play a sport you love.

Escape your own problems by getting sucked into someone else’s drama.
- Have a Girl’s Night
Who better to help you unwind than your girls?
However, maybe a girl’s night is too much and you just need to unplug.
- Blast Your Favorite Songs
Blast your faves and just let it all out.
- Go For a Drive
Long drives with good music is like therapy.
Messy room = messy life. Correspondingly, something about a a clean room just makes you feel ready to tackle life.
- Get Your Sh*t Done
Sometimes, the only way to feel better is to just do that thing you’ve been avoiding.

Not just physical attributes, but mental attributes, things about your personality, your accomplishments you’re proud of – all of that.
